Email is the fastest way to reach us, and a person reads every message — there is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of it. ## Where to write Pick the closest match below. We answer within one business day on weekdays; if you are blocked mid-integration, say so in the subject line and we will jump the queue. ### API & integration support Something returning the wrong shape, a 401 you cannot explain, a rate limit you need lifted while you finish evaluating, or a question the reference does not answer.
